Farewell by 3Com

had a small farewell celebration by 3Com and some students from 3 Har...haha...really touched...by the card...My students are really motivating me...Sad to leave TKSS..But i do not have a choice to choose the school...Happy to able teach them...i wish all the best in the future...and of cos stay in contact..i hope i can make it to msia for the sec3 camp

Power Buffet Tim Sum & Yoga

Today ...my CT Mrs Tan treats us some of the teachers to a power buffer lunch at SRC club at padang...i must say the buffet is very good...the price is 25.I must say its very worth it...they really give good stuff..they have a wide variety of dishes...sure to please everyone...of cos i am the happiest....food...mah...eat and chat...got to the other teachers more...it really fun working at telok kurau sec sch...its sad to know i am leaving to go back NIE..But life goes on....


After the lunch..we head back to school for Yoga session which was conducted by the yoga master..he is really fasinating ...he can do alot of impossible manuevers...which some looks very easy...but...impossible..to do...we had an hour session...feel very shiok...whole body feel damn refreshed....

Run at simpang kiri jogging track

its really quite cool to run in the evening...Although there is no good sea view to boast of at simpang kiri jogging track which is just off yishun ring road...the view of the moon and the quiet scenery is more than any jogger would ask for...

the track is quite spacious.But it can get quite dark at certain corners...so better run in pair...the distance for to and fro for the jogging track will be about 5.6km...good and comfortable distance to cover for a evening...

after the run...there is really a sumptuous and power dinner at xueping house...oh my....i eat and eat 2 plates of rice with others dishes...curry chicken,fried prawns,fish ball soup,vegetables and fried fish.

before i go there i actually eaten 3 pieces of pizza..haha...

and there is still bak kut teh,rice and you tiao waiting for me at my house...

i think sometimes maybe eating is my special talent...

Sophie Schroll:Strong, emotional and gripping German Movie

saw this german movie Sophie Scholl: Die letzten Tage..OMG...its really good...its so exciting ...i was glued to my seats...the german actors and actresses was so vocal and emotional.simply outstanding...

the plot is also super good...it happened to be a true story...this movie plot is taken from interrogation transcripts taken by the german secret police Gestapo during world war 2. Basically sophie scholl and her brother members of the white rose (a passive resistance movement) is arrested by Gestapo for giving out leaflets in the university.

I was really attracted to the strength, bravery and diligence of sophie scholl..During the interrogation she is able to fool the Gestapo interrogator specialist. Only to confessed in the end cos evidence was found on her brother.She went on to lie to save the rest who are helping her in the movement. Even when she was going to be sentence in court she is still strong. She speak her mind about short comings on nazi ideology. She believe strongly in freedom and she is willingly to sacrifice her life for her belief.

My favourite scenes is in the court where a really fierce exchange of words between the brother and sister with the court offical. I also like the ending scene which was very nicely filmed...and of cos the music adds to the effect...

no question about the quality of this movie..it won the silver bear in 2005 berlin film fest

SYF Band

I was helping out with Telok Kurau Band.They are going for their SYF competition today.Its the 1st time Telok Kurau is sending them for SYF for band.The band members do not have much experience..they do not have experienced seniors who have SYF experience before.But they really trained very hard...

Went to school super early...they is plenty of things to do and prep.I have to reach at 6am in school...The girls are coming at 6am and the guys at 630am..the girls need more time to make up...The school look unusual quiet and dark. help to collect the breakfast for the band members..some female teachers are also helping out with the girls for their make up...

The band members start to change into their costume...and getting ready to board the bus.
They also play on the bus.For our performance they are playing bengawan solo then hall of the mountain king. There is a transition between the 2 song..the members will have to pass their notes to the respective memebers that are playing their notes and collect their new notes from other students holding on to them..i am more worried...cos it have to be done with min effort,time and noise..

in the end the band got bronze...very good for a 1st timer ..there is still a lot of room for improvements...i feel that the members have done their very best...

Sudden Supervision

Was about to go to the physics lesson to give 3Dil test.Suddenly my prof from NIE called me...i was shocked to see him there.i was not prepared to be observed..Cos i have emailed him telling that i be giving tests for the 3 physics lessons on mon..so not good for supervision. I was really shocked to see him..i have nothing on hand to show him...

But i just tot that since he is here...i will have to postpone 3Int physics test to fri so i can teach turning effect of forces so he can observe me teach...so that would means...after 12-1pm 3Dil test then 1 hour break then 2-3pm 3Int observation on turning effect of forces...i have to whip up a lesson in the mean time.

My class 3 Int was very cooperative ..i think they know i am been observed...they give me face...thanks you my students...they try to be more attentive and less noisy...so i feel the lesson went quite well despite the lack of time to prepare...then the supervisor brief me on my lesson...i think i am very satisfield with his feedback on my lesson...

come to think of it...i have finish 9 out of 10 observation..its coming to an end soon...well..feel like really fast that i just got to TKSS yesterday...time really flies....

Run at macritchie

its a good way to start a beautiful sunday...so dying to run..i feel so energetic...good...hope to come back next next sun.....

CLean my laptop

wah...realised my laptop is getting more and more dirty esp after using the makers...give my ibook a give clean...now is sparking clean and white...horray...looks nice...and new..

Pass time trial and galore dinner...

so happy that i pass time trial.So going for mine 1st biathlon..know alot of ppl who are pro biathlon even at the yishun safra where we are supposed to take the test...everyone is looking forward to seeing each other on 17th March Sing Bi and having fun on that day ...

I also going with xueping for NUS bi...i think its interesting..cos we taking part in the couple event..i be doing the swim and she will be running..i am looking forward..also at east coast..on the 4th march

went to safra yishun after maths...was like very hungry ..went to yishun mac...wanted to buy 2 double cheese burger to load up...but scared later too full cant swim..so just get one...

was waiting to take bus to go there...saw yulong there too...he also happen to go near yishun safra...so i went there...was slightly late...so waited for the 1st wave to go 1st..saw the guys invigilators are from NDU...standard cos all these water events always handle by them..last time the long distance world cup swimming also handled by them...

after the 1st wave completed...its our turn...alamak they gave me a torn swim cap..how to wear...luckily they get me a new one...so during the swim..i just keep swimming as fast as possible..after finishing the swim..i dying to hear my timing..was so afraid to hear that i fail..but luckily i pass..haha..

so damn hungry on the bus and mrt...i think i will turn the house upside down for food later...

haha..saw a ferrari at the road..decided to test if my camera w700i faster or his engines faster...i need to take 3 shots to catch him..so much for his speed...

quite a good day today..nothing to do..went to have tim sum with parents the whole morning..and went to supermart to buy bbq items..

went to buy tickets for the soccer match this thurs...bought like 17 tickets in total...went to town to go shopping...

went to take a dip in the pool..

at night so bored that i went to sleep...then wake up check email..then went to sleep again..quite a shiok day

realy like to ikea..since young...like to go parkway ikea..used to be a regular at the playground...haha...

I think IKEA is very smart in marketing the whole idea of shopping at IKEA as a total family outing.There is always something for everyone..haha..esp kids..i think kids are treated really well..u should take a look at the playground for them..i feel like going in and gate crashing..hehe..

now what i like to admire the interesting furniture....simply like the concept of simple and minimum detail concepts..also realise that furniture really cost alot..need to spend alot of money to design house

Spore Vs Msia

my 1st live match..i shouted til i sore throat...haha..i can boast i having voice breakdown..haha..2nd puberty..ops...spore fans really "cheered" hard and cursed hard at the msian side...

must say its a damn good match..so close fight til the last PK then decided the winner..want to be there as that night might be the last night for the stadium..luckily we won..so this thurs another last game for our grand stadium..i will be there...to shout again..haha...

after the soccer match went to my brother house to cool down..saw his dog..haha..
went to bedok 85 for supper...til late...

Soccer in the rain

IPPT

went this morning for IPPT.I know i cant do well today..Never train..esp running...Later time i train..my timing still far from Gold Standard.So i know today is go to BEdok Camp to sweat..I know the rest of the stations should be ok..Everything went well for the 1st 4 stations..alamak the time for the run..stress...do some stretching ..action..since i saw so many of them doing...

then start ..run and maintain the timing for Gold for 1st,2nd and 3rd round..after that really very hard to maintain lost too much time on 4th and 5th lap..run very hard on the 6th lap..still cant catch up..in the end ..come back 1020..seriously too far away..a good 20sec away.i am satisfied with that..no traiin..good liao lah...

i think i slack too much..last time i think if go take the test when i train intensively with JQ..should be able to make it..

but the thing..i walk out the camp..i feel damn shong...its the feeling of exercise..really make me high...please dun think otherwise.as in u feel damn alert and at ease...i like it man...

Squash NIE

after last QED521 lesson.i must say our taiwan mei lecturer very funny...so corny...i feel that taiwanese really very frank..i always feel it this way esp when i spend one month in taiwan for ns and my may tour trip.Buts its good..haha...we had great fun in the lesson...so sad its coming to an end..

was suddenly told that Zhirong and Yifei playing squash later...i think they 4 get to tell me..i did not bring anything...haha..i will do it the hardcore manner and my secondary manner...just play with my initial attire on..i never play squash b4..i must say its damn fun...its a game of speed,agitiliy and tactics..its not a game of size...interesting...its a game that was invented in a prison settings...i guess the inmates must be too bored with the 4 walls around them..decided to design a game..but i wonder where they got the rackets and balls...maybe they went out to Why Pay More to buy...haha..so lame...

Xueping's Birthday

Went to school to have lunch with her..then go watch flushed away at PS before meeting her cousins for dinner together..Great to see her so happy that day..happy birthday...may all ur wish come true..
