rewarding day 28.05.05

wake up at 8am..just feel tired..must be too taxing on me these few days...running here and there..rushing to do things..rushing to meet ppl and get things done..but it's worth it after yesterday presentation..

I just packed my table..so much stuff making it look untidy...i then gt a sms from my student calling he want the tuition to be postponed to 12pm instead of 10pm.I wonder what happens..But i cant ..gt to pick up my trainee( Low Yong) at 130pm.I will be late.I call my student asking how about 11am..he say ok loh..

So i just do nothing in the mean time..Went surfing around ..at the NUS career centre website..happen to see an internship section.I also dun noe why i apply for a job..I never thought of doing an internship b4..it sounds interesting..

I went to tuition.His mum request to increase the no of tuition to 3 times a week ..Wah really...it ok with me loh.. she hope to improve zhiyong results..

After the tuition..i went over to parkway..Xiangyun sms telling me that she will be late ..will reach the bus stop at 145pm..instead of 130pm..I think i reach parkway about 1245pm..Gt 1 hr to hang around at parkway...i was just window shopping around

I then go over to the seats near the main entrance at the parkway.Our volunteering grp have arranged to meet there 1.15pm b4 going over to ECP.I am supposed to pick my kid with Xiangyun and go straight to ECP cos my kid stay near the underpass to ECP.But since Xiangyun is late..i went over to help Jiaqing the project director for Guillemard Minds.Although i am the VPD,i feel i haven being doing much for my role.I think i dun even noe my project well to lead it..I think our project is blessed with such a super dedicated PD..If i am the PD..i dun noe how Guillemard is going to be like..

I trying to get all the kids to get together to sit down to wait for the rest of the volunteers and kids to come.I chit chat around with the volunteers to update and maybe gossip to know more about them and their trainees..

It's about 1..35pm.I gt to go to fetch my trainee liao.I bidded farewell to them..most of the volunteers and kids have arrived.I will see them at ECP later.

I took a bus over.I alighted after one stop.I saw Xiangyun waiting liao at the bus stop..I went over and we proceed over to our trainee house.

We went to his house.The first thing we saw,there is a cloth pegger on his mouth..I think his mum cant take it liao.He must be making loud noises throughout the day.The mum tell us he is making noises ..so noisy..He was tying his own hands up with a cloth..He feel secure by doing that.He carried his bag.His mum remind us that he has taken his medicine to stabilise him.

We then bring him down the flat.We then bring him across the road..We are trying to bring to the underpass that will lead us to the ECP.He keep scratching his hands ...his hands have alot of scratch marks ..some of them very deep..I went to a intellectual disabled course b4.They said I.D. people have very high tolerance of pain.They also enjoy feelings of sensation.That the reason why he can scratched until he bleeds..he dun feel pain..he likes the sensation.We are trying to stop him from scratching himself..He just could not stop.

We then reach ECP.We are early.The main grp have not yet arrive.We then occupy on one of the BBQ pit area.The main grp come finally.We sorted out our stuff..esp the food for the tea session.

After all of them gathered.The prog is free and easy.All of them can do what they want.Me and Xiangyun decided to bring LY for a walk by the beach.Suddenly Kelvin another volunteer pop up.He suggested let him cycle.We went to get a 4 wheeler bicycle for him.The uncle so nice ..never charge a single cent.

LY was so happy cycling around..We have to run after him cos he just cycle.He dun care about oncoming traffic.He scared the hell out of me.Cos it quite packed and crowded during sat.

After half a an hour,we return the bicycle.We then proceed to bring LY for tea session.We are also celebrating happy for april babies.LY was one of the april babies.kind of belated..

After the tea session,eveyone was chitchatting around.Then one of the kid Frinzzi want to go home liao.I heard from their volunteers conversations dicussing should they change his clothings.I just tell them i think he should change loh..cos his shirt is like wet liao loh.I just tell them i bring him to mac to change.One of the thing in the this volunteering project ,we always ask each other for help esp when bringing the kids to toilets.The guys will help out the female volunteers with their male kids and otherwise too.

I never interact much withe Frinzzi b4.I think he kind of quiet and cute kid.He has not coming down to guilly regualarly cos of his religious classes.In fact ,I call his volunteers to try their best to get him to come down the previous week.I just tell them he so long never come down..They assure me that they will bring down this week..

He took quite a long time to change..I gt to correct his habits..He wear his shoes wrongly..left on right ...and right on left..He wear his shorts on one side.He is quite smart.He listens attentively..

After changing ,i bring him back to the bbq area.His volunteers then bring him back to parkway parade where his mum is waiting.Me,xiangyun and Kelvin then bring Low yong back home.We bade farewell to the grp.

After sending Low Yong home.I then took a bus home.My dad new car has arrived.I heard from my mum that daddy is at the car park packing the car.I then went down to the carpark to help him.The car is really big.I can see my dad is very proud of his new car.I think this is the biggest car he ever owned..It really nice.

After finish packing,we then went back home.Mum was cooking dinner..tonight dinner is yong tau foo.Everyone tucked in to eat..my brother still not back yet..will be back home late..

After eating dinner,i went down to the carpark with my sis.We want to put the cds into the new car.I then tested the sound system.I was very pleased with the sound system.It was much much better than the previous car.My mum came down later to see how's everything..We took some photos..

After that ..we went back home.I then prepare to go running liao.I was so busy recently i hardly have the time to exercise..I feel so tired today.I have to sleep early tonight..

After the run,i was blogging for this blog .I was surfing the net and drinking my red wine..Damn shiok...
